From the rapid response for my booking through Ash to the welcoming and friendly nature of Zac, the MRI radiographer who answered my questions and was very reassuring during my appointment. The results from my scan were forwarded the next day which was great.

Scanned and results within 3 days ! Unbelievable service and amazing empathy shown by the team here at Pro Scan. I had developed Tinnitus and my audiologist suggested I go for an MRI scan, I was slotted in 3 days later which is superb.

I suffer from claustrophobia and their wide bore scanner really helped and Ash accommodated me in this regard. Very friendly and empathetic. If you need a scan, it's worth the money to get it done and get your report within 3 days! ENT referrals are 8 months at the moment, possibly longer and it's a long time to wait with the worry of "what if". Brilliant company, brilliant service.

A huge weight off my mind lifted!  After months of uncertainty, regarding my health,I decided to use Pro- scanning images.com and I'm so pleased I did!!! From the initial texts (as I'm very deaf) from Ash and Paul, speaking to a consultant Radiologist and eventually, Zak who performed my scan ,I was treated with kindness and respect at times. Being deaf is a terrible drawback for me but the courtesy and understanding was very calming.I have no hesitation in recommending this Company.Should any of the family need reassurance, re their health issues I would say to them we will use this great company again. Could not fault the care, assistance and understanding throughout from the booking of the appointment to forwarding the results to my physiotherapist, doctor and myself. The radiologist was very understanding and put me at my ease as I am claustrophobic and made the experience completely stress free.

The report was excellent and I would definitely recommend them.

Fast and Professional.  Needed an appointment quite quickly and managed to get in with Pro Scan without any issues. Tom was incredibly fast and helpful with getting me in. I arrived and was greeted by really helpful staff at the reception. Within minutes I was in for my scan. Tom explained everything to me and put my mind at ease. He also took interest in how the injury came about which I find is quite rare.  The procedure was quick and the follow up process was extremely fast too. Results were sent to my physio, GP and myself on the same day.  I get quite hesitant using new services but I honestly couldn’t recommend Pro Scan more. I’d use them again without a doubt if I need another scan in the future. Thanks Pro Scan.

Very Good Service - Very good service. Had an MRI scan at 6pm and received the results the next morning, which was a Saturday.  Also, I had to cancel a previous appointment, at late notice and they didn’t make a fuss about that.
The radiographer was very friendly, helpful and professional and took the time to explain some of the workings of the scanning process, as we were interested. Highly recommend this company.
